Decoupage patchwork drawers

I've been buying second hand drawers for Rosie's room. 

The stages are:

Light sand

Coat of undercoat / primer

Two coats of matt wall paint

Scan and print fabric samples and doilies onto matt photo rag paper a4 in size

Cut and glue paper onto drawers with ova glue

Finish with two coats of satin water based varnish

Kookaburra Cardigan Kev

I've been wanting to paint a kookaburra for some time now. Starting off by thinking a name for him sparks off some past memories. I used to work in local government back home and we had a guy in the office we use to call cardigan kev, because he always wore cardigans. So that's where cardigan kev the kookaburra came from, hope you like him.
