New material

I'm loving the recycle timber I've been testing my work on. It's really enjoyable creating one off pieces.  I hope you like them. Theres more to come.

Its been a while

I've been neglecting this little blog but I'm back now and hopefully will have some interesting stuff to share.

I've started scanning my doodle a day in and they look so much better than the camera/phone option.

I've been thinking also of maybe doing a mini exhibition to show them all.....and selling a copy of each one for charity.

I'm still in the day 280's so I have time to sort it so watch this space.

Personalised kids decor

Following my market yesterday where I took some original peices for the first time, a lot of people were interested in A3 size pieces for their kids rooms.  Just thought I'd mention that I can do anything really so if you have a theme or critter you love I can do it. Even incorporate the name somehow too.

Art for Small Spaces

Platform 72 are holding an exhibition of art for small space. Its running now until 30th April at their Oxford Street and Central galleries. I have a few A3 size originals in there that are also for sale. All the art in the exhibition is affordable at under $500. Let me show you my pieces.

Wooden Christmas tree - DIY project

We've made a Christmas tree at the weekend after getting a beautiful tree stump from the mountains. Check out the results. Oh yes and my darling daughter Rosie and I made the star for the top too

Recycle scarecrow

Look what we've been making out of things in our recycle bin. She's called rubbish girl and she's a scarecrow for our veggie patch.
